Interested in exploring the mind-body connection and helping music students find healthy movement patterns and awareness, I am currently in the Doctoral program at the University of Toronto where I am focusing my research on posture and somatic practices for musicians. As a certified yoga instructor, I am always excited to try new practices and have dabbled in Body-Mind Centering®, Qi Gong, and Yoga Tune-Up®. I am continually fascinated by the connections between the body and the mind and look forward to exploring these further in my teaching, personal practice, and research. If you are interested in finding out more about private sessions or workshops, please contact me.
